E' arrivata lentamente, ma quando propone le sue avvisaglie è davvero esplosiva. Nella proprietà è stata fatta una importante potatura degli ulivi, che ha favorito una maggiore penetrazione della luce. Un particolare ringraziamento al Sig. Angelo, il mio vicino, un vero Maestro della potatura degli ulivi. E' un lavoro tecnico che favorisce la produzione ma ha anche un importante risultato estetico. L'ulivo è molto sensibile alla luce, senza la quale non produce frutti. L'inizio della primavera è segnato dalla fioritura dei ciliegi. La cascata è al suo massimo di portata d'acqua e produce un fragore che si mescola ai profumi ed a colori scintillanti. L' erba è di un verde lucido che contrasta con il cielo azzurro... e tutto è di una bellezza confortante.
